Kuldeep Bishnoi, Member of Parliament from Bhiwani, has raised a banner of revolt against Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh by accusing him of misleading the people over the compensation to be paid to the people who were killed in a rally that took place at Killait in Haryana during the regime of former Haryana Chief Minister Bhajan Lal.

Talking to The Indian Express, he said that the next of kin of the deceased people were given government jobs and they were doing their jobs. The compensation announced had been disbursed soon after in the incident, he said while adding: “It is unfortunate that the Haryana CM instead of appreciating Bhajan Lal for the announcement and disbursement of immediate compensation has created confusion by giving misinformation to the people about the compensation.'’

Asking Bhupinder Singh Hooda to tender a public apology for giving wrong information about the compensation, he said that it was an attempt to tarnish the image of his father Bhajan Lal under whose regime the law and order situation was under control and the overall development of Haryana was on at a fast pace.
